Precision over noise. Proof over promises.
Siposi builds proprietary AI systems from Kentucky, for business owners, agencies, and teams that are done watching the AI wave from the shore. We use everything we sell. That's not a slogan; it's our quality control.
Why we exist.
Somewhere between "AI will change everything" and "just prompt ChatGPT," an entire class of businesses got left without help: owners and teams who know the wave is real, don't have time to become experts, and are rightly suspicious of anyone selling magic. The consultants talk in decks. The tools talk in hype. Nobody hands over a prescription and a receipt.
Siposi exists to be the adult in that room. We diagnose before we prescribe, we prescribe before we build, and we put every result in writing.
How we're different, structurally.
Most AI consultancies sell hours. We sell installed systems. Everything we build lives in your accounts, runs in your tools, and keeps working if you never speak to us again. Our retainer clients renew because their engagement hub shows exactly what got built each month, not because a contract makes leaving painful. And our own company runs on the same architecture we install, which means every claim on this site has a working example behind it: this site.
Three things we hold.
Diagnosis beats enthusiasm
The AI industry sells excitement. Businesses need accuracy. We'd rather find you five real hours than promise you a transformation, which is why the front door of this company is an assessment, not a pitch.
Ownership is non-negotiable
Renting your operating layer from a vendor is how you end up hostage to one. Every system we build is yours: your accounts, your data, your name on the door.
The ledger does the talking
We write down what we build, every engagement, every session. When the record is visible, trust stops being a leap of faith and becomes a reading exercise.
Two people run this company. Here they are.
No anonymous "team of experts." Every system Siposi ships passes through these two sets of hands, and both names stand behind the work.

Nick Stover
Nick has spent more than 30 years in the operator's chair: two tours as CMO, two as COO, a general manager's seat, and the first Director of Social Media role inside a Division 1 NCAA athletic department, where he built the playbook before there was one to copy. In 2016 he launched Shark Jockey Digital, the Kentucky agency where he has built and launched more than a thousand brands for businesses, entrepreneurs, influencers, and athletes.
Siposi exists because every one of those clients eventually asked the same question: "What should we actually do about AI?" The honest answer was never a tool name; it was a system, built around how each business already worked. Siposi is that answer, productized.
He runs every assessment interview and every Concierge session personally, with the roster deliberately capped so that stays true.

Chris Flynn
Chris has been building and running production web systems since 2009: web architect and server administrator at Louisville agencies, technical lead at Blackstone Media, CTO and solutions architect at Crosby Interactive, head of technology at VOW. Today he runs Bardo Digital, an engineering firm that modernizes enterprise infrastructure and wires agentic AI workflows into it.
At Siposi, he is the reason "owned by you" is an engineering fact, not a slogan. Every system deploys on infrastructure he builds and hardens: real servers, owned stacks, no rented platforms between you and your data.
If Nick is the prescription, Chris is the pharmacy: nothing ships until it runs, and nothing runs anywhere the client can't reach.
