Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026

This policy describes how Siposi ("we," "us") collects and uses information on siposi.com.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: your email address when you submit a form on this site, plus which page and form you submitted it from. If you become a client, we collect the business information you share with us during an engagement.
  • Basic technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry, schedule the call you requested, and deliver the services you purchase.
  • To send you relevant follow-up about the offer you asked about. Every email includes a way to opt out, and opting out is honored immediately.
  • To understand which pages convert, so we can improve the site.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any reason.
  • We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers needed to operate this site and our business (such as hosting, scheduling, and email), each bound to use it only on our behalf.

Client engagement data

Work products created during a client engagement live in the client's own accounts and belong to the client. Call recordings and transcripts are made with your knowledge, used to deliver the engagement, and available to you on request.

Retention and your choices

We keep lead information as long as it's useful for the purpose you gave it to us, and engagement records as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
